Currently, we do not ship outside of India.Right now, Suppliers charge 10/- to 20/- only as shipping charges. In future, the shipping charges are calculated on basis of the zone of the shipment and the total weight of the products in your cart.
Note: In case delivery executive has collected extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but your customer did not receive it, please give us a call or drop an email within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained.
What happens if a customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery?
In this case, when an end customer doesn't accept the order, the order gets cancelled and returned back to the supplier. However, please note that the order won't be counted for weekly bonus programs as well for as any ongoing contest.
What is the duration of the shipment?
Most of the orders are shipped by the suppliers between 3-5 days because of following prescription, once the order is confirmed. You get delivered your order in 8-10 working days.
Can I specify or change the delivery date?
No, you cannot change the shipment time or get it delivered on a certain date.
Any items notified by delivery company to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer/manufacturer/vendor in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
